What does the process of working with Radish & Rose look like?
First you reach out and let us meet you and your garden… after we speak on the phone, we set a meeting to discuss your garden goals. Within a few days you will have a customized estimate for services. Once services begin, you keep us informed about how we are doing and we adjust to your preferences.
Do you do small redesigns or fix problem areas?
Absolutely, if you have something you want to change we will offer solutions to meet you needs big or small.
What does Organic Services mean for your company?
Organic can mean many things to different providers. To us, it means we only use OMRI certified products within the use guidelines to any specific product. We will also alert you if we believe you or your family and pets should be aware of any products used on your property.
Do you work to protect pollinators and native plant species?
EVERY DAY. We love love love the native eco balance of the south, plant, tree, creature, and season. We aim to integrate nature and support public education to protect it.
Are you insured?
Radish & Rose is a fully-insured Limited Liability Company. It is our goal to operate with quality, love, and respect to our clients, employees, and nature.
What payment methods do you accept?
We use Venmo and Zelle as our primary methods of payment. We will also accept PayPal with a 3% added fee. If you want or need to pay by check, we can set up a retainer agreement upon request.
I’m a gardener, how do I share my garden? Can I be picky?
All day. We love working with gardeners… and we are happy to do the jobs you don’t enjoy. Our aim is to serve, and to keep your garden a place of therapy and respite.
